Refund and Returns Policy

At Waist Trainer Belt, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is necessary to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable once opened or used. These items will be clearly specified on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any concerns about specific products, please reach out to us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest starting with a return of the original product. After your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take extra time to finalize the refund.
